Delivery & Returns

ORDERING

We aim to process orders the same day, although during busier periods it may take 2-3 working days.

We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will contact you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.

Credit/Debit Card orders are processed securely by Shopify Payments, Esme Winter do not handle any credit/debit card data for orders placed online.

We also take payment via Apple Pay and PayPal.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

UNITED KINGDOM

Royal Mail (1-3 Days)
Our standard delivery option is Royal Mail.
Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel the next working day, including Saturdays.
Delivery is free for orders over £30.

Express (1 Day)
Our express and extra large order delivery is provided by DHL.
This is a 24 Hour delivery service.
Your order is fully tracked with regular email/text notifications.
Our cut off for next day delivery is 1pm.

INTERNATIONAL

International Mail 
Our standard delivery option in is provided by DHL. Orders are sent from the UK and delivered by domestic postal services (EG; La Poste, USPS.)

Delivery Aims
Germany: 2-4 Days
Europe: 3-6 Days
USA & Canada: 5-9 Days
Rest of the World: 6-12 Days

International Mail | Tracked & Signed
As above, but with regular tracking updates with a signature required upon delivery.

Express | DHL Worldwide
Our express delivery option is DHL Express Worldwide.
This is a guaranteed service with full tracking and regular email/text notifications.

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchases from Esme Winter but if not, we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition within 14 days.

Please note that we are unable to reimburse postage costs.
